If the item is still within the warranty period, it will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of the supplier, provided the issue is not due to normal wear and tear.

PLEASE NOTE: All warranties are managed by the manufacturer. Fieldshoot Tactical cannot be held responsible for any warranty-related claims.

That said, we’re happy to assist you in navigating the warranty process and will work with you and the manufacturer to ensure everything is handled smoothly.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you're not completely satisfied with your Fieldshoot Tactical purchase due to a defective, damaged, or non-functional item, you may request a refund or exchange based on the following conditions:

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase, subject to stock availability

  • For orders paid through our online payment system, a 5% handling fee will apply
